He has owned and operated multiple online and brick-and-mortar furniture businesses and brings deep expertise in manufacturing, sourcing, and global procurement. Troy founded IFS Innovations to deliver a true single-source solution focused on quality, efficiency, and exceptional client outcomes worldwide clients.

    Chris Witcher serves as Chief Operating Officer of IFS Innovations and has held the role since the company’s founding. He brings more than 30 years of leadership experience across retail, franchising, wholesale operations, and product development. With a background in construction and CAD/CAM design, he is known for building scalable systems, improving operational efficiency, aligning teams around strategy, and driving sustainable growth through disciplined execution.

    Randy Creed serves as Chief Construction Officer for  IFS Innovations, overseeing the company’s commercial construction division, field operations, project execution, and trade coordination.

    With more than 25 years of construction experience, Randy brings extensive knowledge in commercial construction, project management, scheduling, sequencing, quality control, and oversight of all major trades. His leadership and operational expertise play a key role in delivering projects efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards of quality.

    Marcos began learning residential and commercial real estate, development, and construction at an early age. After attending UNT, he built his real estate career in Florida before relocating to the DFW area. An enthusiastic, hardworking, and dedicated professional, Marcos specializes in commercial construction project management across DFW. Fluent in Spanish, his cultural background and language skills enable him and his team to deliver exceptional, client-focused service every day.

    Andrew D. Moore serves as Chief Operating Officer of IFS Fabrications (Texas) and brings nearly three decades of hands-on carpentry and fabrication experience. Union-trained in structural and finish carpentry, he earned his Master’s certification in 1999. Andrew has led custom wood manufacturing operations since 2010, overseeing production, quality, safety, and installation, delivering over 8,500 residential and commercial projects with consistent precision and reliability.
