He has owned and operated multiple online and brick-and-mortar furniture businesses and brings deep expertise in manufacturing, sourcing, and global procurement. Troy founded IFS Innovations to deliver a true single-source solution focused on quality, efficiency, and exceptional client outcomes worldwide clients.

    Chris Witcher serves as Chief Operating Officer of IFS Innovations and has held the role since the company’s founding. With a background in construction and CAD/CAM design, he is known for building scalable systems, improving operational efficiency, aligning teams around strategy, and driving sustainable growth through disciplined execution.

    Randy Creed serves as Chief Construction Officer for  IFS Innovations, overseeing the company’s commercial construction division, field operations, project execution, and trade coordination.

    With more than 25 years of construction experience, Randy brings extensive knowledge in commercial construction, project management, scheduling, sequencing, quality control, and oversight of all major trades. His leadership and operational expertise play a key role in delivering projects efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards of quality.
